Business Intelligence Manager - IT

About the Job

• Responsible for leading the strategic design and maintenance of Business Intelligence applications
• Facilitate Business Intelligence processes and procedures implementation and deployment
• Acts as project manager for the implementation of new Business Intelligence services. Works with internal stakeholders, technology providers, and system implementationhouses.
• Assists with troubleshooting and offer support to internal representatives, whenapplicable
• Assist with the management and maintenance of risk assessments, user control audits and documentation, business impact and continuity plans, and vendor management for all relevant Business Intelligence applications including but not limited to
  1. Data Warehouse Architecting, Designing &Development
  2. Reports Automation
  3. Data Visualization & Interactive Dashboards
  4. Predictive Analytics using Microsoft Azure Machine Learning
• Handle annual budget and ensure cost-effectiveness
• Monthly progress report on all business plansactivities
• Assess and evaluate vendorsperformance

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a relatedrole.
• Proven experience with architecting, designing, and developing Data Warehouse solutions, ETL packages, OLAP multidimensional model & data cleansing solutions
• Develop data warehouse solution, ETL packages, OLAP multidimensional model
• Solid experience with SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS), SSAS cubes, SSRS reports & Azure Analysis Services (AAS)
• Solid experience with Data Visualization Tools (MS Power BI)
• Proven experience with performance enhancement for data processing and complex queries
• Proven experience with design both multidimensional and tabular analysis services models
• Good experience with programming and codingplatforms based on MS .NET
• Previous contact center experience is aplus
• Azure Synapse Analytics is a plus
