PURPOSE:
Majorly responsible for building up business by identifying new business prospects sales collection and maintaining customer relation in order to maximize business growth with alignment of company s goals & target.
Responsible for meeting monthly sales collection report submission & active customer s targets as discussed & agreed from time to time. Must maintain relationships with current clients and new clients in the assigned Territory.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
To manage high value accounts of the company
Developing and managing customer accounts
Coordinating with customers for their requirement and with the warehouse team to ensure timely deliveries to customers
Ensuring timely collection of bills from customer
Coordinating with warehouse team for availability of material and to ensure deliveries on time
Handling customer queries / complaints and resolving the same

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor s degree preferred
Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience
