Business Development Engineer

Job Description

• Scan the Market for manufacturers for different home products and assess their production capabilities and quality standards.
• Negotiate contract terms with manufacturers.
• Follow up prototypes productions until the products go live.
• Ensure prototypes are made according to specifications and within target cost and quality standards.
• Ensure smooth transitions to Vendor and Procurement teams
• Build strategic relationships with Manufacturers.
• Monitoring manufacturers' fulfillment, returns, products performance

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering
• Good background in manufacturing technologies
• Good negotiation skills
• Ability to explain complex concepts simply
• High on interpersonal skills
• Ability to work at a fast pace and under pressure
• Good team player
