- Meet internal/ external stakeholders to discuss the technical aspects based on the business requirements.
- Build business requirement documents, scope of work, wireframes, high-level project plans, and validate software requirement specifications (SRS).
- Perform user acceptance test (UAT), quality assurance, product monitoring and evaluation for deliverables, trace and detect bugs and failures, follow up on fixing the bugs and failures.
- Research the local and global market practices and identify opportunities for potential developments/ enhancements to achieve higher level of customer satisfaction
- Perform detailed requirements analysis and ensure proper documentation of processes, and user manuals/ presentations
- Understand APIs and assist the external stakeholders in the integration and testing to ensure successful delivery and smooth launch.
- Manage UWallet, core banking management application, and core banking configurations, settings, services, and profiles.
