Tridat Technologies is hiring Business Analyst for one of the IT based organization focused into payment industry based @ Mumbai !!!

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: Freshers

HIGHEST EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: MBA (Finance) MBA (IT)

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather document and analyze business requirements related to payment products.

Conduct interviews and workshops to elicit and clarify requirements. Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.

Prepare detailed business requirement documents (BRDs) use cases and user stories.

Maintain and update documentation as requirements evolve.

AREA OF EXPERTISE:

Attention on detail and excellent analytical skills

General understanding of how card payments work

Knowledge of software development life cycle (waterfall and agile)

Good knowledge of Microsoft office

OTHER SKILLS:

Excellent communication skills both oral and written with all levels of an organization

Fluent in English

People skills including acting with integrity and respect for others negotiation political sensitivity professional impartiality service orientation personal time management and ability to achieve success through exercise of influence

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including developers designers and product managers.

Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objective

WORK MODE: Work from office
