Jadeer is hiring on behalf of one of our clients in Egypt our esteemed client is a renowned barber salon in Egypt known for its exceptional services and multiple branches across Egypt With locations in Tagamoa AlSheikh Zayed Mohandessien Heliopolis and more they have established themselves as a leading destination for topquality grooming experiences

Role Description

The Branch manager will be responsible for managing daytoday branch operations overseeing the performance of branch staff and developing strategies to increase sales and profitability He will also ensure that branch operations comply with health and safety regulations and company policies The Branch Manager will report to the Operations Manager

Responsibilities

Maintaining financial responsibility for all expenses wages and asset management

Identifying operational deficiencies and implementing plans for improvement

Creating and maintaining a weekly report on operations and sales at the branch

Explaining and training each employee on his duties

Working to grow business and customer acquisition

Leading the team to reach branch targets

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or a related field

Years of management or supervisory experience

Strong leadership skills and experience in managing staff

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

Experience in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies

Knowledge of health & safety regulations and compliance

Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferable

Very Good English
