As a Channel Activation Manager your role will be crucial in shaping and executing strategic plans that activate and deeply engage our target audience across General Trade (GT) or Modern Trade (MT) channels. Your innovative strategies will ensure unparalleled reach and impact in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement robust trade marketing strategies that align with sales targets foster category growth and secure market share.
  • Collaboratively review trade marketing effectiveness with the commercial team focusing on continuous optimization.
  • Oversee the efficient management of the A&P budget ensuring maximum ROI.
  • Coordinate with the commercial team for seamless new product launches and performance evaluations.
  • Create strategies to optimize product visibility and enhance customer experience.
  • Manage NPD and promotion forecasting for accurate inventory and demand planning.
  • Maintain pricing strategies and adhere to promotional guidelines across online and offline channels.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in channel sales for beauty products.
  • Proven experience in trade marketing particularly in GT or MT channels.
  • Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for market trends.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Solid understanding of budget management and ROI analysis.
  • Creative thinking and problemsolving capabilities.
