BD Leader

Job Description

• Give constant direction to bd team members to ensure all members are working accordingly
• Observe the performance of bd team members to identify their strengths and weakness and make arrangements accordingly
• Provide training and assistance to bd team members who are having trouble at work
• Serve as an intermediary between the organization and the bd team to ensure smooth communication
• Always be up-to-date on the recent Problems/bugs/banning and follow up if found necessary 6– Keep accurate online records and reports of customer service on a daily basis which consists of (Ban record- System problems – daily work record)
• BD teamwork planning

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field
• Very good in English
• Showcase good leadership skills to carry the team members along
• Excellent personality & communication skills with both colleagues and bd members
• Ability to multitask
• Experience in the bd field for more than 1 year
