Back-End Developer - (Ruby On Rails)

Job Description

• Zammit is looking for a Backend Developer (Ruby on Rails).
• You would be responsible for managing the interchange of data between the server and the users; your primary focus will be the development/documentation of all server-side logic, definition, and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.

Job Requirements

• Proficient knowledge of Ruby back-end programming language using Ruby on Rails framework.
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies and platforms, such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes.
• A good understanding of Vue/Jquery is a big plus.
• DevOps & security experience is a plus.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning using Git.
