Automotive Operation Specialist - Alexandria

Job Description

• Enter the reservations and deliveries of the branch and send them to the warehouse management
• Specify the reservations sent by the warehouse management and send the reservations to Team Leader
• Lifting, allotment and exchanges for all reservations in the branch
• Request traffic answers, follow up with the Answers Department, know the expiry date of each required answer, and inform the sellers
• Follow up on the statement of licenses and coordinate daily traffic delegates for bank cases, and coordinate with the Credit, Insurance and Movement Department
• Informing sales personnel of ready-made ownership papers and coordinating for the speedy delivery of ready-made cars with their paper
• Reviewing reservations daily and knowing the position of each customer from reservation to receipt and sending a raise for non-serious reservations
• Follow up cars waiting to enter daily with stores and know the dates of their receipt and inform the sellers
• Submit the necessary reports to the branch manager and the administration in Alexandria on the position of the branch reservations and the forecast of the expected deliveries
