Lead the development and execution of creative strategies for advertising and marketing campaigns overseeing the entire creative process.
Provide creative direction guidance and mentorship to a multidisciplinary team of designers copywriters and other creative professionals.
Conceptualize and develop compelling copy and visual concepts for various campaigns ensuring they align with client objectives and brand identities.
Review and edit creative work for accuracy tone style and effectiveness maintaining highquality standards.
Present creative concepts and campaign ideas to clients and internal teams effectively conveying the strategic rationale behind creative choices.
Develop and craft persuasive pitches and proposals for new business opportunities showcasing the agencys creative excellence and strategic thinking. Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including art directors designers strategists and account managers to ensure seamless integration of creative elements.
Stay uptodate with industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in creative development and pitch presentation.
Foster a culture of creativity innovation and continuous improvement within the creative team.
Manage multiple projects deadlines and client expectations while maintaining a high standard of creative quality.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Advertising Marketing or related field (Masters preferred).
Extensive experience in creative direction and copywriting.
Strong portfolio showcasing creative work and pitch materials.
Exceptional communication leadership and presentation skills.
Ability to think strategically and conceptually with a focus on inspiring creative excellence.
Familiarity with industry trends and advertising best practices.
Strong project management skills for pitch and proposal development
. Keen awareness of branding storytelling and creating emotional connections through creative work.
A deep understanding of how creative elements contribute to achieving marketing objectives.
Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic fastpaced agency environment
