Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Purser in managing the front desk and guest services operations onboard the ship
Greet and assist guests with checkin checkout and any inquiries or requests they may have
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and transactions
Prepare and distribute daily reports to the management team
Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
Train and supervise junior guest services staff
Participate in safety drills and emergency procedures as required
Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling and inventory management
Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Responsibilities:
High School diploma or equivalent Bachelors degree in Hospitality or related field preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a guest services role preferably in the cruise industry
Strong customer service and problemsolving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer systems
Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
Flexibility to work long hours and weekends as needed
Fluent in English additional languages are a plus
Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary certifications for working at sea
