As a Customer Advisor, you will:
- Analyze customer requests and expectations and respond to them based on their needs and circumstances
- Use and master the tools and procedures provided by company to deliver a customer-centric approach with a strong focus on problem solving in each of your interactions
- Manage multichannel interactions (voice, back-office and chat) on different lines (Customer Service, Integration)
- Help create a brand engagement for company
- Promote positive results within your team as well as a memorable customer experience
- Receive and bring feedback openly to your team
- Follow the company's communication procedures, guidelines and policie
