Job Description

Landa seeks an Administrative Assistant to establish evaluate improve and maintain the organizations core operational and administrative processes to ensure an efficient and productive workflow.

In this role you will work closely with HQs and act as America s focal point for the various business functions while supporting America s management team with various ad hoc projects.

This position is a temptohire.



Responsibilities:

Manage administrative tasks that support the ongoing organizational activities and processes such as:

o Assisting in various marketingrelated projects

o Organizing team meetings including summary and followup action items

o Assisting with document management (NDAs quotes and contracts)

o Managing travel bookings

o Handling expense reports

o Maintaining updated communication channels including America s Monthly Newsletter

o Assisting in drafting email communication and creating presentations

o Generating quotes ordering equipment tracking warranty and replacements and managing inventory

o Managing the administrative aspects of shipments and deliveries

o Gathering required documents and approvals for supplier setup

o Opening purchase requisitions through BizDoc tracking purchase order approvals and invoice payments

o Assisting in local tax matters and bankrelated matters



Attributes:

Ability to work in a highvolume fastpaced and dynamic environment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English

Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

Strong analytical and problemsolving skills

Proactive with a positive/cando approach

Requirements :

Bachelor s Degree in a related field / or 5 years of experience

2 years of administrative experience

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Good understanding of project accounts and budget codes

Understanding purchasing policies and legal / finance / procurement issues

Willing to travel 10%
