Job Description

• Receivesanddirectsvisitors,handlesquestionsandconcernsprofessionally.
• Responsiblefortheplacement-testprocedures,classroompreparation
• Followingup with absentstudentsandbuilda good rapportwiththem.
• Recordsinformationaccuratelyfromdifferent sourcesintoacomputer database
• Resolvesadministrativeproblemsbypreparingreports,analyzingdata,andidentifyingsolutions.
• Distributesthefeedbackamongthestudents.
• Coordinates with all students before starting new batches in order to notify them with thebeginningofthe batch.
• Notifies current students with the date of upcoming batch in order to start registering “fromsession6”.
• ResponsiblefortheWhatsApp groupsforthecurrent students
• Performsotheradministrativeduties asneeded.

• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
