الوصف الوظيفي
Responsibility:
• Manage a team of 4 agents to work on achieving Net adds, Voice points, solution and accounts targets
• Managing and distribution Sales according to Territory to maximize opportunities and capture market share as to increase sales YOY
• Manage Stake holder “Marketing /Activation /any at assigned Task or Project & Spotting and encouraging innovative ideas at teams
• Minimizing and resolving complaints while train 93% Quality sales M3, 85 M6 and max 7% no network also Training and developing teams to represent and drive Vodafone Digital strategy
