Accountant

Duties:

• Plan with project managemnt department for monthly collections to maintain healthy cash flow
• Issue invoices and make collections and bank deposits for cash and checks
• Keep track of VAT and WHT and make payments in time
• Handle recurring AP payments (rent, subscriptions, etc.)
• Revise salaries and handle wages of outsourced contractors (if any)
• Plan for month/quarter AP and make cash reservations to pay them
• Make sure that expenses are within budget
• Keep responsibility of cash and banks (transactions and checks)
• Manage costs allocation on projects
• Make all tax payments online and
• Use online payment methods for all transactions when possible
• Periodic reports to the audit company
• Periodic reports to management
• Use ERP for entering transactions and extracting reports

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree in accounting/commerce
• Good experience in related field (2 - 5) years
• Good in using Excel
• Good in using accounting and ERP systems, preferrably Odoo
• Good in English
• Communication and presentation skills
• Preferred males > 30 years
