About the Job

• Full-time job with accessibility 24/7.
• Provide the client with smooth onboarding to GlobeMed’s platform.
• Manage customer relationships and remain in daily contact with clients to understand their needs and overcome any issues that may hinder the quality of service provided.
• Provide professional continuous support through the policy lifetime.
• Introduce and coordinate quarterly Service level review visits.
• Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming for customer contentment and satisfaction in a timely manner.
• Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience, to assure all terms and conditions of the contractual agreement are well coordinated.
• Maintaining and expanding a database of contact information.
