Position Summary:
The Customer Service Representative will be the primary liaison to Smart Planet Software customers.
They will be responsible for account management, customer training and onboarding, issue resolution
and customer relations. They will be the first line of contact for the customer and will be responsible for
customer satisfaction and retention. Training will be provided on our line of application products, as well
as CRM, online chat support, and other customer service tools.
Requirements
2+ years Customer Service experience
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems, etc.)
Excellent communication skills
Self-driven and efficient at time management
Detail and result oriented
Services existing accounts and establishes new accounts through customer referrals
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
