Assistant Cost Manager Saudi National

Turner and Townsend are looking to recruit a Assistant Cost Manager to support our Infrastructure team in Riyadh working on a various types and sizes of projects either in the pre-contract estimating stages or post contract on site.

Role Overview:

• To support the Cost Management team taking responsibility for allocated tasks. 
• To help us provide excellent service delivery to our clients gain their trust and enhance our reputation. 
• To help us ensure that client objectives are met through the delivery of an effective cost management service from pre-contract to construction completion.  

Responsibilities:

• Measurement of building works and/or Civil structureal archiectural and MEP works. 
• Taking personal responsibility for work produced.  
• Assisting the team to ensure accurate and timely production of information and reports.  
• Interfacing with team members in a professional manner.  
• A desire to progress your career to the next level.  

Qualifications :

Key Experience and Requirements:

• Knowledge of and experience in the Real Estate / Property sector. 
• Knowledge of the Cost Management / Quantity Surveying profession. 
• Basic experience in the measurement and quantification of building works and Bills of Quantities. 
• Professional approach and confident in your ability to add value to our team. 
• Ability to work with others and accept instruction in a team environment. 
• Willingness to listen and learn and develop your skills. 

Skills Required: 

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar.  
• Desire to obtain Professional membership i.e. MRICS. 
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role. 
• Knowledge of the construction industry.  
• Knowledge of CostX is an advantage.
