Job Description & Summary

As a Full Stack Engineering Manager you will lead a team of developers in designing building and deploying enterprise-grade web applications using React and . You will be responsible for technical leadership project delivery and team development.

Key Responsibilities

Lead architecture and design decisions for full-stack applications.

Manage and mentor a team of developers ensuring high performance and growth.

Oversee the development lifecycle from planning to deployment.

Ensure code quality scalability and security best practices.

Collaborate with product owners designers and stakeholders.

Drive innovation and continuous improvement in development processes.

Manage timelines resources and risks across multiple projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

7 years of experience in software development with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Deep expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript React and .

Proven experience in leading full-stack development teams.

Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns.

Experience with DevOps practices CI/CD and cloud infrastructure.

Excellent communication leadership and stakeholder management skills.
