Job Summary:

The Accounts Payable is responsible for the administration and supervision of the operations of the Finance.

As an Accounts Payable we rely on you to

• Posting of all food and beverage and general supplies invoices which are forwarded from the Cost Control Dept. and Receiving Office.
• Prepare General Cashier reimbursement cheque.
• Monitor Bank Balance.
• Attending regular briefing with colleagues.
• Ensuring proper accounting of all debit/credit memos.
  

What we are Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years experience in performing purchasing functions for a large company preferably a hotel.
• Ability to work long hours and shifts.
• Communicates and writes with fluency in English (as well as the Arabic language)
• Computer Knowledge.
