Your Mission:
As a Logistics Supervisor you will oversee and coordinate daily logistics activities to ensure smooth efficient and timely operations across inbound storage and outbound flows. You will lead operational teams and ensure adherence to quality safety and performance standards.
Main tasks:
- Lead and support warehouse/operations teams to achieve productivity targets;
- Supervise daily logistics operations (receiving storage picking shipping);
- Monitor operational KPIs and ensure service level compliance;
- Ensure accurate stock management and system updates (WMS/ERP)
- Enforce safety quality and operational procedures;
- Coordinate with internal departments and external partners (transporters suppliers clients);
- Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions.
Requirements
- Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain or related field
- Previous experience in logistics/warehouse supervision is required
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- Good analytical and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in IT tools (Excel ERP/WMS systems)
- Good command of English and French.
