We are seeking a Customer Engineer (ATM CE) to deliver high-quality technical support and maintenance services for electromechanical equipment including ATMs and self-checkout systems. This role plays a critical part in ensuring customer satisfaction equipment reliability and service excellence throughtimelyon-site support and a strong customer-focused approach.
Position Summary
The Customer Engineer (ATM CE)is responsible forthe installation maintenance repair and overhaul of electromechanical systems within an assigned service territory. This field-based role requires strong technicalexpertise independent problem-solving and excellent customer service capabilities.
The position involves responding to service callsdiagnosingand resolving technical issues performing preventive maintenance and supporting equipment lifecycle activities to ensureoptimalsystem performance and uptime.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Performingcustomer installations maintenance and service calls ina timelyand effective manner
Diagnosing troubleshooting and repairingelectromechanical equipment including ATMs and self-checkout systems
Executingpreventive maintenance corrective repairs and full system overhauls asrequired
Dismantlinglegacy machines in the warehouse and test individual components for functionality and reuse
Managingassigned territory efficiently prioritizing tasks to meet service level agreements
Maintainingaccurateservice documentation and communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
Basic Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Electronics Electrical Engineering Mechanical Engineering or a related field
Solid understanding of electromechanical systems and structured troubleshooting methodologies
Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills relevant to field service environments
Strong communicationskills with the ability to interact professionally with customers
Ability to work independently manage time effectively and travel within an assigned territory
PreferredQualifications
Previousexperience servicing ATMs self-checkout systems or similar electromechanical equipment
Field service experience in a customer-facing technical role
Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs and service management tools
Additionaltechnical certifications related to electronics or electromechanical systems
