Subject Matter Expert – Healthcare & Social Assistance (Arabic – GCC) – Remote

About The Opportunity

We are seeking experienced healthcare and social assistance professionals to contribute to a cutting-edge AI benchmarking project in Modern Standard Arabic (MSA) for the GCC region. As a Subject Matter Expert you will help create and review realistic healthcare administrative and clinical scenarios that reflect real-world patient care hospital operations and healthcare system management. Your work will directly improve how AI systems understand and respond within sensitive high-stakes healthcare environments.

What Youll Deliver

• Design realistic healthcare and social assistance scenarios in Arabic reflecting GCC clinical and administrative settings (e.g. patient intake care coordination hospital operations nursing workflows)

• Develop structured evaluation rubrics for assessing clinical reasoning administrative accuracy and patient safety considerations

• Review and score AI and human-generated responses for medical correctness operational feasibility and communication quality

• Contribute to gold standard answers aligned with best practices in healthcare delivery and patient safety

• Ensure cultural and contextual appropriateness in GCC healthcare environments including hospital workflows and regulatory expectations

Qualifications

• Native Arabic (MSA) with strong professional English proficiency

• 5 years of professional experience in healthcare or social assistance sectors

• Background in one or more relevant roles: Registered Nurse Nurse Practitioner Medical/Health Services Manager Medical Secretary Administrative Supervisor in healthcare settings

• Strong understanding of clinical workflows healthcare administration and patient care standards

• Ability to evaluate accuracy safety implications and operational realism in healthcare-related content
