- Feedback Impact: Provide monthly reports that result in at least two actionable changes or updates by the underwriting department per year enhancing policy accuracy and risk management.
- Total Loss Case Processing: Complete documentation and preparation of total loss vehicles for auction within 5 business days from the decision date achieving this target for 95% of total loss cases.
- Recovery Claim Efficiency: Secure recovery approval letters for 80% of eligible claims within 45 days from the claim initiation date assessed annually.
We are looking for candidates with:
- 35 years of experience in motor insurance particularly in surveying or claims
- Male Arabic national
- Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanics and damage assessment
- Experience in repair cost estimation and policy analysis
- Good communication skills and customer handling ability
- Must be locally available in Qatar with a valid QID
