Key Account Manager KSA (Mobile Network & Fixed Network)
Location: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA)
We are looking for a dynamic technically sound and commercially driven Key Account Manager with strong exposure to both Mobile Network and Fixed Network domains. The ideal candidate will possess solid telecom industry knowledge excellent client relationship management skills and the ability to drive business growth across enterprise and telecom sectors within KSA.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow strategic key accounts within the telecom and networking sector.
Develop strong business relationships with telecom operators enterprise clients and stakeholders.
Identify new business opportunities related to Mobile Network and Fixed Network solutions.
Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
Prepare commercial proposals negotiations and contract management.
Conduct market analysis and competitor monitoring within the KSA telecom industry.
Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives.
Provide technical and commercial presentations to clients when required.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Telecommunications Electrical Engineering Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 58 years of experience in telecom sales/account management within KSA or GCC.
Mandatory onsite working experience in KSA telecom sector.
Strong technical understanding of:
Mobile Network Infrastructure
Fixed Network Solutions
Fiber Transmission GPON FTTH OSP/ISP and related telecom technologies
Excellent communication negotiation and client management skills.
Strong understanding of KSA telecom market and customer landscape.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts professionally.
Arabic language proficiency will be considered an advantage.
Preferred Skills
Strong commercial acumen with technical competency.
Sound knowledge of telecom project lifecycle and deployment processes.
Proven ability to handle high-value accounts and business development activities.
Professional confident and target-oriented personality.
