Product Manager Premium Growth

Were looking for a Product Manager to own the entire product lifecycle from initial strategy to development handoff  who is passionate about business growth and experienced in AI-driven environments.

What Youll Do 

• Being a part of the Product Managers and Product Designers Creators team.

• Own the full product lifecycle - from market and user research data analysis and KPI definition through the final shipped product - all executed efficiently using AI tools.

• Identify growth opportunities and drive a KPI-led approach to product and business success.

• Apply strong UX/UI instincts to define workflows and translate user needs into clear product experiences.

• Partner closely with Engineering and product designers to bring ideas to life.

• Stay close to users - through Customer Care direct conversations and product data - to continuously sharpen and improve the product.

Qualifications :

• At least 3 years of experience in product management.

• Strong product and business growth thinking with a sharp instinct for what moves the needle.

• Proven experience working in AI-native environments - leveraging AI tools and systems as an integral part of day-to-day product workflows including research analysis product definition and final interface.

• Highly developed instincts for user experience.

• Strong technical understanding with the ability to work closely with engineering on architecture and APIs.

• Strategic thinker with a quick grasp of large and complex systems and how they fit together.

• Excellent communication organizational and analytical skills.

• High ownership and strong execution - curious and motivated.
