The Human Capital Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day HR operations across multiple regions. This role ensures consistent execution of HR processes compliance with company policies and labor laws and delivery of efficient high-quality HR services. The position manages a team of six Associates to support organizational goals related to employee life cycle management data accuracy and service excellence.Key Responsibilities
1. HR Operations Management
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations across three regions ensuring standardized processes and compliance with policies.
- Manage HR administration including employee records contracts benefits payroll coordination and HR systems.
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of employee onboarding offboarding transfers and status changes.
- Monitor and improve HR operational KPIs (e.g. turnaround time accuracy employee satisfaction).
2. Team Leadership & Development
- Lead coach and develop a team of six HR associates across different regions.
- Foster a collaborative and service-oriented culture within the HR operations team.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and identify team development needs.
3. Process Improvement & Standardization
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR service delivery and process efficiency.
- Support implementing automation or digitalization opportunities in HR operations.
- Maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) ensuring it is followed across regions.
4. Compliance & Governance
- Ensure HR practices comply with local labor laws company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Support internal and external audits and maintain proper documentation for all HR processes.
- Mitigate risks related to data privacy employee records and HR transactions.
5. HR Systems & Reporting
- Oversee the accuracy and integrity of HR data in the HRIS.
- Working with relevant stakeholders to enhance system functionality and user experience.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelors degree in human resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 6 8 years of HR experience with at least 2 years in HR operations management.
- Regional Experience: Proven experience managing HR operations across multiple regions or branches.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong interpersonal and people management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR policies.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience with HRIS systems (e.g. SAP Oracle Workday).
- Strong project management and process improvement capabilities.
