ملخص الوظيفة

Oversee financial reporting accounting operations and statutory compliance

Consolidate monthly quarterly and annual financial statements

Coordinate closely with FP&A team for budgeting forecasting and variance analysis

Ensure effective internal controls accounting policies and audit readiness

Monitor cash flow working capital and intercompany transactions

Liaise with external auditors tax advisors and regulatory bodies

Supervise accounting team leaders and support professional development

Collaborate with IT and ERP support teams to optimize system workflows

Ensure timely close cycles and adherence to group reporting deadlines

Requirements

8 12 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance

At least 3 5 years in a finance leadership role

Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or a related field

CPA CMA or equivalent professional certification preferred

Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and tax regulations

Advanced Excel and ERP experience (Microsoft Business Central preferred)

Strong leadership communication and organizational skills
