This is not just a managerial role- its a chance to lead a high-impact team building core products at scale. As Engineering Manager youll be a technical leader a team builder and a strategic partner. Youll guide your team to deliver performance scalable and secure software solutions while shaping culture structure and product direction. From technical design to org design youll have a direct influence on how we work and what we build.

Youll work closely with Product Architecture and cross-functional teams to turn ambitious ideas into clean production-ready code - while creating an environment where engineers grow thrive and do their best work.

Requirements:

What You Bring to the Table

• 3 years of experience managing engineering teams
• 5 years of hands-on software engineering experience including API design and distributed systems
• Proven track record building and scaling high-volume web-based solutions
• Strong experience with cloud-native infrastructure containerization (e.g. Docker Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines
• Skilled at building consensus across departments and aligning engineering with business goals
• Experience managing full project lifecycles and technical teams including performance management
• Excellent communication in English (written and verbal)
