Job Title: Operations Manager MEP & ELV
Job Summary:
The Operations Manager MEP & ELV will lead and control daily operations across all MEP and ELV activities. This role focuses on execution performance and resource optimization. The role ensures projects run efficiently meet timelines control costs and comply with quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate brings strong operational control field experience and leadership to manage multiple teams and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Management
• Lead daily operations for all MEP and ELV projects and maintenance activities.
• Plan and control manpower materials and equipment across sites.
• Ensure smooth coordination between engineering procurement and site teams. - Project Execution & Control
• Monitor project progress against schedules and take corrective actions when needed.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Track productivity and improve operational efficiency across projects. - Resource Planning & Optimization
• Allocate resources based on project priorities and workload.
• Optimize utilization of manpower and equipment to reduce cost.
• Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of materials. - Quality Safety & Compliance
• Ensure all works comply with project specifications standards and local regulations.
• Enforce HSE policies and promote a safe working environment.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to maintain quality standards. - Client & Stakeholder Coordination
• Act as a key contact for clients on operational matters.
• Attend progress meetings and provide clear updates on execution status.
• Resolve operational issues and maintain client satisfaction. - Team Leadership & Performance
• Supervise project managers engineers and site supervisors.
• Set performance targets and monitor team output.
• Develop team capability through coaching and structured feedback.

• Quality and safety compliance
• Client satisfaction
Qualifications & Experience:
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Electrical or Electronics Engineering
Experience:
• 8 to 12 years in MEP and ELV operations or project execution
• Minimum 4 years in an operations or senior management role
• Strong experience managing multiple projects and site teams
Skills & Competencies:
• Strong operational and execution focus
• Leadership and team management
• Problem solving and decision making
• Good understanding of MEP and ELV systems
• Planning and resource management
• Strong communication and stakeholder handling
• Fluent in English Arabic is an advantage
Insurance and Medical Coverage
Our insurance structure is aligned with employee grade as per company policy. However all Division Manager positions are provided with private medical coverage for Qatar.
Air Tickets
Air tickets are provided on an annual basis in line with the company’s approved standards and entitlement structure.
Leave and Gratuity
Annual leave in Qatar is 21 days per year as per Qatar Labor Law. End of service benefits are provided in full compliance with Qatar Labor Law.
Working Hours and Weekly Off
Working hours are from 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM. The work schedule is Saturday to Thursday with Friday as the weekly off.
