The Role
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the admin team ensuring smooth business operations
Coordinate meetings manage calendars and assist with internal and external communications
Prepare review and organize business documents reports and presentations
Maintain accurate records and databases ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
Support financial and operational processes including invoicing and tracking key activities
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure timely follow-ups
- Assist in process improvements and contribute to enhancing team efficiency
QualificationsThe Requirements
Bachelors or diploma degree in Business Administration Management or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Good communication skills both written and verbal ( English and Arabic )
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) or similar tools
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Willingness to learn take initiative and adapt in a fast-paced setting
- Previous administrative or office support experience is a plus but not required
