- Min. Diploma & 15 years of strong aviation and MRO experience.
- Managing day-to-day aircraft maintenance operations (scheduled and unscheduled).
- Monitoring production plans and ensuring timely issue resolution.
- Ensuring compliance with safety quality and regulatory standards.
- Coordinating aircraft status and operational updates.
- Overseeing reporting documentation and shift handovers.
- Allocate bays/slots for aircraft based on maintenance schedules
- Ensure smooth movement of aircraft in and out of bays
- Coordinate with ground handling and operations teams
- Plan and supervise aircraft maintenance activities (line/base maintenance)
- Coordinate with engineering quality and planning teams
- Ensure availability of tools equipment and manpower
- Monitor maintenance progress and meet turnaround time (TAT) targets
