Job Summary:
We are seeking a Training Specialist to support aviation training programs forecasting and coordination of training requirements. The ideal candidate will have extensive military aviation experience and a strong background in training management with the ability to support both in-country and CONUS training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Forecast and plan aviation training requirements for personnel both in-country and in the United States (CONUS).
- Coordinate identification processing and scheduling of personnel for training programs.
- Support development and execution of aviation training plans and programs.
- Apply knowledge of U.S. Army aviation doctrine tactics and aircraft capabilities to training initiatives.
- Utilize Systems Approach to Training (SAT) and Methods of Instruction (MOI) principles in program development.
- Coordinate with leadership and training organizations to ensure alignment with mission requirements.
- Prepare reports briefings and documentation related to training activities.
- Support continuous improvement of training processes and programs.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelors degree required (may be waived with significant experience and relevant military education).
- Minimum of 10 years of military aviation experience.
- Strong background in aviation-related training.
- Proficiency in computer applications including MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills (oral and written).
- Fluent in English.
Medical Examination: Candidates must successfully complete all mandatory medical examinations required to obtain employment.
Criminal Record: To qualify for a Saudi Work Visa candidates must have a clean criminal record with no prior convictions as specified by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Drug and Alcohol Testing: Candidates must pass a drug test to be considered for employment. Additionally our program enforces a random drug and alcohol testing policy. Employees will be subject to periodic testing to maintain adherence to our workplace standards and safety regulations.
Compliance with Saudi Labor Law: All employment terms and conditions will be in accordance with Saudi Labor Law. Candidates must be prepared to adhere to these regulations throughout their employment.
