We are seeking a Training Specialist to support aviation training programs forecasting and coordination of training requirements. The ideal candidate will have extensive military aviation experience and a strong background in training management with the ability to support both in-country and CONUS training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Forecast and plan aviation training requirements for personnel both in-country and in the United States (CONUS).
Coordinate identification processing and scheduling of personnel for training programs.
Support development and execution of aviation training plans and programs.
Apply knowledge of U.S. Army aviation doctrine tactics and aircraft capabilities to training initiatives.
Utilize Systems Approach to Training (SAT) and Methods of Instruction (MOI) principles in program development.
Coordinate with leadership and training organizations to ensure alignment with mission requirements.
Prepare reports briefings and documentation related to training activities.
Support continuous improvement of training processes and programs.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelors degree required (may be waived with significant experience and relevant military education).
Minimum of 10 years of military aviation experience.
Strong background in aviation-related training.
Proficiency in computer applications including MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
Demonstrated decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills (oral and written).
Fluent in English.
Medical Examination: Candidates must successfully complete all mandatory medical examinations required to obtain employment.
Criminal Record: To qualify for a Saudi Work Visa candidates must have a clean criminal record with no prior convictions as specified by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Drug and Alcohol Testing: Candidates must pass a drug test to be considered for employment. Additionally our program enforces a random drug and alcohol testing policy. Employees will be subject to periodic testing to maintain adherence to our workplace standards and safety regulations.
Compliance with Saudi Labor Law: All employment terms and conditions will be in accordance with Saudi Labor Law. Candidates must be prepared to adhere to these regulations throughout their employment.
