We are seeking an experienced Production Control Specialist to support aviation maintenance operations by planning coordinating and managing production control activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in U.S. Army aviation maintenance and production control processes ensuring maximum aircraft readiness and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Support AVIM/AVUM Production Control operations in planning developing and implementing maintenance procedures.
Coordinate and schedule aircraft maintenance activities to maximize availability of safe mission-ready aircraft.
Monitor maintenance workflow resource allocation and production timelines.
Assist in ensuring compliance with maintenance safety and quality control standards.
Coordinate with logistics supply and maintenance teams to support operational requirements.
Maintain accurate records reports and documentation related to maintenance activities.
Support supervision and administration of production control processes.
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of 7 years of experience within the last 10 years in a U.S. Army aviation maintenance organization including:
At least 2 years in production control management.
At least 4 years in planning logistics support supply safety maintenance or quality control.
Strong communication skills (oral and written).
Fluent in English.
Medical Examination: Candidates must successfully complete all mandatory medical examinations required to obtain employment.
Criminal Record: To qualify for a Saudi Work Visa candidates must have a clean criminal record with no prior convictions as specified by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Drug and Alcohol Testing: Candidates must pass a drug test to be considered for employment. Additionally our program enforces a random drug and alcohol testing policy. Employees will be subject to periodic testing to maintain adherence to our workplace standards and safety regulations.
Compliance with Saudi Labor Law: All employment terms and conditions will be in accordance with Saudi Labor Law. Candidates must be prepared to adhere to these regulations throughout their employment.
