Sutherland is seeking an experienced Mail Operations/SOC/email Abuse Manager!
This position is onsite based in Cairo or Alexandria Egypt. In this role you will drive client success delivery excellence and strategic growth for email operations spam/abuse mitigation along with Trust & Safety programs.
In this role youll get to:
- Serve as the primary client interface managing governance reporting and strategic alignment
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of email operations ensuring SLA quality and compliance adherence
- Analyze trends risks and performance metrics using Splunk-driven insights to guide decision-making
- Manage multi-vendor ecosystems and ensure alignment across global stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for process optimization automation and innovation
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement industry best practices
- Ensure compliance with regulatory privacy and email security standards
- Support business growth through solutioning upsell opportunities and thought leadership
Qualifications :
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8 years of experience in email operations / Trust & Safety / SOC / security operations
- Must be open to working onsite (Cairo or Alexandria location)
- Deep expertise in SMTP SPF DKIM DMARC and email ecosystems
- Strong hands-on experience with Splunk
- Proven experience managing global clients and 24x7 operations
- Strong communication stakeholder management and strategic thinking skills
