What you need to know about this position:
The Key Account Manager E-commerce is responsible for managing and growing relationships with online retail partners (e.g. Amazon Talabat Breadfast). The role focuses on driving sales optimizing digital shelf presence and executing online commercial strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
What extra ingredients you will bring:
- Account Management Own and develop relationships with key e-commerce partners Negotiate annual agreements trading terms and promotional plans Ensure alignment on joint business plans (JBP)
- Sales & Revenue Growth Deliver sales targets (revenue volume market share) Identify growth opportunities (assortment expansion pricing bundles) Manage P&L for each account
- Data & Analytics Analyze sales data traffic conversion and shopper behavior Use platform dashboards and tools (e.g. Amazon Vendor/Seller Central) Translate insights into actionable growth plans
- Cross-Functional Coordination Work with marketing supply chain finance and category teams Ensure product availability and smooth order fulfillment Align on launches pricing and media strategy
Education / Certifications:
- Bachelors in Business/ Marketing.
Job specific requirements:
- 37 years in sales preferably in FMCGs or retail.
- Experience managing e-commerce accounts is a strong plus.
- Strong commercial & negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset (Excel dashboards data interpretation).
- Understanding of e-commerce dynamics (algorithms search content).
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
