LegalLaw Graduate Trainee

• Conduct legal research on statutes case law and industry regulations relevant to client engagements
• Assist in drafting reports policy documents contracts and legal opinions for internal and client use.
• Analyze client operations to identify legal and compliance risks and propose practical mitigation strategies.
• Participate in client meetings taking detailed notes and contributing to discussions where appropriate.
• Monitor changes in laws and regulations preparing summaries and impact assessments for clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide integrated consulting solutions.
• Support due diligence processes including document review and risk identification for transactions or partnerships.

Qualifications :

• Must reside in Dar Es Salaam Tanzania
• Must have graduated with a Bachelors in Law and/or above
• Must be able to communicate in Business English
• Must have Computing skills.
