Job Summary
- Conduct legal research on statutes case law and industry regulations relevant to client engagements
- Assist in drafting reports policy documents contracts and legal opinions for internal and client use.
- Analyze client operations to identify legal and compliance risks and propose practical mitigation strategies.
- Participate in client meetings taking detailed notes and contributing to discussions where appropriate.
- Monitor changes in laws and regulations preparing summaries and impact assessments for clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide integrated consulting solutions.
- Support due diligence processes including document review and risk identification for transactions or partnerships.
Qualifications :
- Must reside in Dar Es Salaam Tanzania
- Must have graduated with a Bachelors in Law and/or above
- Must be able to communicate in Business English
- Must have Computing skills.
