ملخص الوظيفة
We are looking for an experienced Clinic Operations Manager to lead the launch and operations of a luxury female-focused outpatient wellness clinic in Riyadh. This role is responsible for operational excellence team leadership client experience and compliance with Saudi healthcare regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure high-end client experience
- Ensure compliance with MOH SCFHS and NPHIES regulations
- Manage clinic performance KPIs and P&L
- Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams
- Act as the face of the clinic and manage client relationships
- Coordinate with HQ marketing and support functions
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Healthcare Business Hospitality or related field
5 years of experience in luxury wellness medical spa or outpatient clinics - Strong leadership client relations and operational management skills
- English fluency required; Arabic preferred
