Key Account Manager

Location: Morocco (nationwide coverage)
Onsite/Hybrid/Remote/Shift: Onsite / Remote Field-based role with extensive travel

Purpose of Role:

As a Key Account Manager at Weir you will play a critical role in shaping our presence with some of the most strategic customers in Morocco. This role offers the opportunity to own high-impact accounts influence long-term partnerships and directly drive business growth across OE and aftermarket solutions. You will operate at the intersection of engineering sales and customer success with a high level of autonomy. If you enjoy technical selling customer engagement and being on the front line of the business this role offers real visibility and impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and grow strategic key accounts across Morocco driving both OE and aftermarket sales to deliver annual revenue and margin targets for Lewis Delta and Hazelton

  • Develop and execute account strategies including customer visit plans opportunity pipelines forecasting and competitor insights using Salesforce as the primary CRM tool

  • Act as the technical and commercial interface for customers providing on-site support coordinating product trials installations training and resolving customer issues in collaboration with internal teams

  • Build long-term trusted relationships with customer stakeholders at all levels positioning Weir as the preferred partner and primary supplier across assigned accounts

  • Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviours in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline

  • 25 years experience in industrial sales account management application engineering or a customer-facing technical role

  • Strong understanding of hydraulics industrial equipment or rotating machinery

  • Fluent in Moroccan Arabic French and English

Must be permanently authorised to work in the country to which you are applying without sponsorship.
