ملخص الوظيفة
Responsibilities
Prepare detailed CAD drawings and shop drawings for precast concrete components (beams slabs columns panels staircases etc.).
Interpret architectural and structural drawings to produce accurate precast detailing.
Coordinate with engineers architects and site teams to ensure drawings meet project requirements.
Generate bar bending schedules reinforcement detailing and connection details for precast elements.
Ensure drawings comply with local building codes standards and client specifications.
Revise and update drawings based on design changes site conditions or client feedback.
Maintain drawing records revisions and documentation for submission and approvals.
Support production teams by providing clear and accurate shop drawings for precast manufacturing.
Assist in preparing as-built drawings upon project completion.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma / BE / in Civil Engineering.
35 years of experience as a Civil Draughtsman with proven expertise in precast concrete projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting software (Revit Tekla Structures preferred).
Strong knowledge of precast construction methods reinforcement detailing and structural connections.
Experience in building projects (residential commercial or infrastructure).
Required Skills:
