ملخص الوظيفة
Job Title: Quantity Surveyor Civil
Project: NFE & NFS Project
Location: Ras Laffan Qatar
Duration: 5 Months (Extendable)
Number of Positions: 2
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare quantity take-offs BOQs and cost estimates for civil works.
- Monitor project costs and ensure budget control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Evaluate contractor bills variations and claims.
- Conduct site measurements and verify executed quantities.
- Coordinate with project engineers procurement and planning teams.
- Assist in contract administration and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Prepare reports on project progress cost analysis and forecasting.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering (BE/).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in building/construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation cost control and contract management.
- Experience in handling variations claims and billing.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and quantity surveying tools/software.
- Good communication skills in English.
Working Conditions:
- 10 hours per day 6 days a week
- Food Accommodation & Transportation provided by client
- PPE/Uniform provided
