Our client is seeking a French speaking Customer Service Agent to join their vibrant team in Egypt. This is an exciting opportunity for someone fluent in French who wants to work in a friendly international environment. No prior experience or qualifications are neededjust a great attitude and enthusiasm for customer service!

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat
- Deliver accurate information and assist customers with their queries
- Maintain high levels of professionalism and service quality
- Work according to a structured shift schedule including weekends
Requirements
- Fluent in French (B2 C1 level)
- Must have successfully completed secondary school qualification or equivalent
- Comfortable working onsite
- Willing to work in a 7day shift rotation 8 AM 8 PM)
