Job Summary:
If you are a Sales Manager professional looking for an opportunity to grow your career this role empowers you to lead and expand Flow Controls sales services and customer engagement across Egypt Libya and Sudan. You will focus on driving strategic growth strengthening customer relationships and elevating Emersons Flow Controls portfolio within key industries across the region.
In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Lead sales solutions and business development initiatives for the Flow Controls Business Unit across Egypt Libya and Sudan
Achieve or surpass financial goals and contribute to the overall Flow Controls MEA business strategy
Support guide and collaborate with local sales representatives to build strong customer relationships and deliver highimpact solutions
Develop and implement sales and service strategies tailored to market needs
Drive competitive displacement and growth initiatives especially for FIELDVUE and related technologies
Prepare and present forecasts market insights competitive analyses and countryspecific plans
Collaborate closely with other Emerson business units to maximize crossselling opportunities
Support pursuit efforts with project teams and local partners to identify and convert valverelated opportunities
Build strong longterm relationships with key customer decisionmakers
Enhance customer satisfaction by providing responsive solutionoriented support
Remain current on product advancements industry trends and market shifts
Ensure all business activities comply with Emersons ethics and trade compliance standards

Adhere to Health Safety & Environment policies as laid by the organization.

Who You Are:
You build strong relationships and communicate with clarity adjusting your message to meet the needs of different audiences. You collaborate effectively across teams and consistently seek input to develop the best solutions. You maintain a strategic perspective by anticipating future trends identifying new opportunities and aligning actions with longterm business goals. You approach challenges with curiosity and adaptability finding ways to deliver results even in complex environments.
For This Role You Will Need:
A degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent technical background
Experience working in sales or sales channel management within the valve or process control industry
A track record of achieving sales targets and successfully growing market share
Ability to deliver profitable sales growth through strategic planning and customer engagement
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
MBA or businessrelated postgraduate studies (beneficial but not required)
Deep application knowledge in hydrocarbon mining chemical or power industries
Experience managing multicountry territories or working within North Africa markets
