Lead and manage all site construction activities in accordance with project plans schedules and budgets.
Coordinate with engineering procurement and project management teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Develop construction strategies work plans and resource allocation plans.
Monitor construction progress and implement corrective actions to maintain project timelines.
Ensure strict adherence to Worleys Health Safety Environment and Quality (HSEQ) policies.
Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all regulatory and project safety standards.
Conduct regular safety meetings site inspections and risk assessments.
Manage contractors subcontractors and site personnel to ensure effective performance and productivity.
Review contractor work plans schedules and resource requirements.
Resolve construction-related issues conflicts and delays.
Ensure all construction activities meet engineering specifications codes and quality standards.
Coordinate with quality assurance teams to perform inspections and testing.
Oversee the implementation of quality management systems on-site.
Monitor project progress against the construction schedule and budget.
Identify risks and implement mitigation plans to avoid cost overruns or delays.
Provide regular progress reports to project leadership.
Liaise with project stakeholders including engineering teams procurement client representatives and regulatory authorities.
Participate in project meetings and provide updates on construction status and issues.
Oversee completion of construction activities punch list management and handover to commissioning teams.
Ensure proper documentation and project closeout procedures are completed.
Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering Mechanical Engineering Construction Management or related discipline.
Professional certifications (PMP OSHA or equivalent) are an advantage.
Having construction experience preferably in EPC or energy sector projects.
Proven experience managing large-scale industrial or infrastructure projects.
Experience working in oil & gas petrochemical mining or energy projects is highly preferred.
