ملخص الوظيفة
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITSM & SPM Developer with 6-8 years of experience including 5 years in ServiceNow development. The role involves delivering high-quality solutions across IT Service Management and Strategic Portfolio Management modules while supporting both onsite and offshore engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance ServiceNow ITSM and SPM modules through configurations scripting and complex workflow design
- Build integrations Flow Designer actions and custom applications
- Provide onsite support and collaborate with global delivery teams
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices
- Support enhancement delivery and troubleshoot platform issues
Qualifications:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Minimum two ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certifications (e.g. ITSM ITOM CSM SPM)
- Strong experience with Flow Designer scripting and integrations.
