Key Responsibilities
Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to capture needs and document as user stories functional specs and process flows.
Process Design & Improvement: Optimize and automate business processes within ServiceNow; identify bottlenecks.
Solution Implementation & Testing: Work with developers for correct implementation provide configuration input and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Stakeholder Liaison: Act as primary contact between business users and technical teams.
Training & Support: Create training materials conduct sessions and provide ongoing end-user support.
Skills & Knowledge
ServiceNow Business Analyst experience (ITSM and CSM modules)(MUST HAVE)
Strong knowledge of core ServiceNow modules: ITSM (Incident Problem Change Request) and CSM
Excellent analytical communication and documentation skills
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools
