Job Responsibilities:

-Drive strategic initiatives at the intersection of design and innovation collaborating with clients to shape and deliver impactful product experiences.

-Contribute across the entire product development lifecyclefrom opportunity identification and concept development to ensuring solutions align with user needs and business objectives.

-Support day-to-day project execution within multidisciplinary teams contributing handson to highquality deliverables while nurturing strong client relationships that enable long-term engagement.

-Collaborate in proposal development participating in pitches and presentations alongside Account Teams and discipline leaders.

-Strengthen the studios design capabilities by contributing to methodologies toolkits and knowledge-sharing that foster continuous learning and innovation.

-Reinforce frogs reputation as a leader in product innovation by supporting both client success and internal practice growth.

Job Requirements:

-5 years of professional human-centered design experience (thinking & doing) in consulting with expertise in one or more areas such as Visual Design Interaction Design Product Design or Experience Design.

-Proven track record contributes to experience strategies digital products and services and design systems that delight users and drive business results.

-Strong problemsolving and criticalthinking abilities with solid stakeholdermanagement skills and a proactive collaborative approach to cross-functional teamwork.

-Proficiency with modern AIdriven design tools emerging interaction models and current UX/UI patterns.

-Expertise in contemporary research methods design processes and prototyping tools.

-Strong knowledge of modern Digital Product Design practices Design Language Systems and their tools techniques and maintenance methods.

-Experience working within integrated designdevelopment teams and solid understanding of Agile methodologies.

-Strong understanding of accessibility standards best practices and tools.

-Alignment with frogs values and a passion for designing products that meet both functional and emotional user needs.

-Demonstrated high satisfaction from peers users or clients regarding delivered work.

-Strong collaboration abilities with the capacity to influence and support highperforming teams using persuasion over authority.

-Excellent presentation and storytelling skills.

-Willingness to travel for research activities project delivery and client engagements.

-Businesslevel English proficiency and fluent Arabic are musthaves.
